"Ria is the most professional and ethical real estate agent we have ever worked with.  We were relocating from out of state and had only a few days to find a home.  Prior to our arrival Ria sent us detailed information regarding available homes and schools.  We identified the homes we were interested in viewing.  When we met with Ria for the first time she had compiled a book for each of us of the homes we were interested in.  She numbered each home and gave us coordinating maps that identified where the homes were located.  We viewed over thirty homes in three days.  Ria even packed a cooler with water and snacks.  This was especially helpful with two small children.  When we found a home we were considering, Ria researched how much other homes in the area sold for and advised us to keep this information in mind when we decided to place a bid.  Being from out of state this was extremely important because we would have overpaid if it had not been for Ria.  I would highly recommend Ria to anyone and everyone!"
